Request Authorization
Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to receive your unique tracking number and return instructions.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our processing center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware or verify deactivated software licenses, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
